lots of girls from rosyth r saying that npcc is easy-peasy and their cca is tougher. i shall elaborate more on npcc then.
for npcc, we do lots of things. but i think drills and PT are the most tiring. sometimes, we do drills for bout an hour+. (imagine standing there, listening to commands and turning and marching for that long) we must also do drills correctly, if not we hav to keep doing till we get it right. (when we stood there for bout an hour+, it was not because we did it wrongly) during PT, we run around the school every level up and down and up and down, and for every level, we hav to run around the level, then, we proceed to the track and run around the track at least thrice. (for now, as they will increase the no. of rounds next time) next, we do inclined pull-ups, sit-ups and push-ups. then we rest for about five minutes, then we do sprints and jumping jacks. lastly, we hav to run around the track twice then assemble at the side of the track. although we dont do this for every training, we do drills just as long.
some of our seniors r very good to us, so its still ok lar. but it will gradually become tougher, so i hav to train hard.
if u still think ur cca is tougher, its alright with me. and i hope u will become tougher than what ur cca has for u, so that u wont think cca is tough anymore. lol (temporarily addicted to the word 'tough', so sry)
