yesterday, i went to watch the NDP preview. i thought it was impressive and unique, cos it is a change from the stadium. it was at the marina, which was so refreshing with the breeze in your face. =D the performances was also more interesting, for example, the navy/marine performances was possible with the water. there was also the fighter jet performance, which was cool, forming images in the sky. but my fav was the fireworks!! it was just so amazing with the fireworks just in front of you. and the NDP bag was creative as well. the bags were made up of strips with zippers which could be removed and zipped together. and so, you can hav your own combination of colours when u exchange the colours with others. i feel more like a singaporean after watching the parade, hehe.

Baloo's back for two weeks!!! the whole class is happy, as we met our 'long time no see' friend studying in dubai. it is always a pleasure listening to him cos he is so dramatic. lol. and this time, he told me about cars he saw and rode in, in dubai, which are all dam expensive!!! sheryin, being a car fanatic, was green. with envy. also, i try to help him with studies here, as he would not be used to this after schooling in dubai.
anyway, tmr, i will be going to watch the national day parade preview. lol. and this year's celebration/preformance seems more interesting than previous years'. oh yea, must dress in red. and white. (i think i will look weird. XD)

just came back from school... had to go for this chinese tea appreciation thingy, but it was boring, so i left a little earlier. and i guess i know enough about tea alredy. XD
yesterday was so many pple's birthday. it was my sis', peijia's, zhi wei's and shaun's granny's. i celebrated my sis' birthday, together with my family. and we were really happy.=D cos she just returned to singapore, for her summer holidays, and we havent seen her for such a long time. looks like i should spend some time catching up with her, hehe.
also, on monday, i completed the last NP dry shoot session (we use revolvers, instead of normal pistols and rifles). yay, now i can go for the classification shoot! now i can aim quite well (but i cant beat charmaine, of course), but it didnt come without hard work. i am right-handed, but my 'master eye' is my left, thus it was quite difficult to aim. so i decided to use my left hand instead. i spend some time trying to get used to using my left arm and i did it! shooting is quite fun, but my classification shoot wouldnt be until next year, if im not wrong...

argh! sry, i havent been updating my blog for quite some time. ever since school reopened, i have been trying to finsh my hw (reading yuefeizhuan, MoV, all the zuowens, projects) and getting myself into the "studying mode".
classmates... pratically the same. but its so fun being with them. XD
my geog and science teacher changed. my geog teacher is mr wong, an ex-rafflesian, and he speaks with superb clarity and precision. lol. my science (or bio) teacher is mr teo. i think hes our prefect master. but hes quite fun in class la. (says lots of interesting things)
lol. after going for three days of school, we had a five day break. becos of staff training n youth day! haha. oh yea, i wish all the youths in the world a happy youth day!
