A few days ago, i went to watch 'brave story'!! And it was really nice. there are not many anime movies that reach singapore screens, so i wanted to watch this one badly (the previous one was paprika, but was rated nc16, so i couldnt catch it). the animation was great. and i liked the characters, cos they were cute lol. even their music was great, i especially liked their ending song, i think its titled smthg like ketsui no asa ni. although the storyline isnt very clear-cut, but it is still able to bring out the theme of the story and is still entertaining. =D
Today, i went to help out with the singapore tnf open. although it wasnt easy, with officials screaming at me sometimes, and also standing under the hot sun for hours, i still felt that it was a good experience, as i got the chance to witness pros run, jump and throw. and they were really good! there were both local and foreign sportsmen. and some countries included japan, thailand, australia and thailand. i helped, mostly with the javelin competitions, and learned quite a lot too, by observing and learning from the officials and sportsmen. talking with my team mates was fun too! but i had to say, some pple (juniors) from my school were like disgracing our school by playing truant... for example, they threw around glass bottles containing drinks meant for the sportsmen and officials, and broke some.X( anyway, today was fruitful, and i enjoyed the time there. (although i got sunburnt)
